Before you join
Billing
Your card is charged monthly on the date you sign up, plus applicable tax, and membership auto-renews until you cancel. The groom itself is billed separately at your dog’s size-based rate, discounted per your plan.
Cancelling
Cancelling requires 1 month’s notice. If you cancel today, you’ll still be billed for one more cycle before your membership ends — that final month is yours to use.
Changing plans
Want to move from Maintenance to Wellness (or anywhere else)? Just ask at your next visit — changes take effect on your next billing date.
